Brevana Capital Group is a private investment firm providing equity capital to startup, emerging and expansion stage companies. We make equity investments in select franchise opportunities, and assist business owners wanting to sell a portion of their business to take some cash off the table now with options down the road.  Our focus is primarily in the Midwest, specifically southeastern Wisconsin.

 

With a primary objective to invest in businesses for consistent cash flow, we don’t make loans or provide bridge financing – we want to partner with you for the long term.

 

In some cases we make seed and early-stage investments in technology businesses wrapped around emerging, disruptive consumer trends. For these opportunities we will be active investors, generally write a company’s first term sheet as the lead investor, and partner with entrepreneurs who have the energy, vision, experience and passion to build great companies.

 

In addition, we help entrepreneurs succeed through hands-on strategic advice, team building, partnerships, and expansion capital to help get you to the next level.

 

Brevana also will provide equity capital for select franchise opportunities as an alternative to bank financing or various debt structures.  We are interested primarily in multi location high growth opportunities.
